All cabins have a shower and bathroom, and a kitchen for self-catering. Guests bring their own bed-linen, or contact the host for rental arrangements. Sleeping bags are not allowed.

The resort is situated a short walking distance from the harbour (300 m), and has ten timber cottages in a scenic environment close to lake Bysjön. Each cottage has space for four people. The location is suitable for families with children, providing large play areas, and camp fires and other activities including an outdoor pool and a sauna. "Paviljongen" is a spacious meeting room ideal for conferences, camps and all kinds of festive events.

A convenience store and a gas station is located close to the ferry terminal where M/F Ulvön docks.
